Service Description
Over November & December, our home studio will be magically transformed into Santa's Wonderland! Our Sensitive Santa sessions are designed to create a quiet, relaxed, and welcoming environment for families, particularly for children with sensory challenges, autism, or other special needs. We prioritise comfort with reduced lighting and minimal background noise, giving your child the chance to enjoy the magic of meeting Santa without the overwhelming distractions often found in traditional settings. On the day, you will enjoy: 🎅🏻Meeting Santa and his helpers 🌲10 magical minutes taking photos with or without Santa 🎅🏻Two beautiful backdrops — Traditional & Winterland 🌲Dress-up with silly hats and glasses for some fun photos 🎅🏻A small surprise gift for each child, plus a candy cane (with permission) 🌲Every photo taken transferred to your USB before you leave (unedited) 🎁 Upgrade to the Showbag Package for even more magic! For $20 each, the Showbag Package adds: · Letter from Santa mailed to your home before your session (13 and under) · Your child finds their name on Santa’s Nice List (13 and under) · Nice List Certificate presented by Santa under the Christmas arch (13 and under) · Santa’s Christmas Showbag packed with goodies 🌲Book under Sensitive Santa + Showbag to include these extras in your session. We do our best to keep things as stress-free as possible with easy on-site parking, no long waiting lines, and a private space away from busy shopping centres. All high-quality, unedited photos will be transferred onto a TG Christmas USB for you to take home the same day — so you can relive the magic straight away! Cancellation Policy
Here at TG Christmas, we understand circumstances can change. You can reschedule your appointment at any time (subject to availability). If you are running late, please call us immediately and advise of the situation. Pending on the time and other sessions around yours, we may need to take this time out of your session to ensure other bookings are ran on time. If you miss your appointment, unfortunately you forfeit the cost amount and will be required to re-book and pay again. If you want to cancel your appointment - provided 24 hours notice has been provided -, we are happy to either reschedule the appointment (subject to availability) or offer a store credit.
