We are so excited to share these magical memories with you this Christmas. Fees:$75 per session, which includes a complimentary Tg Christmas USB containing all unedited photographs during your session.Showbags are $20 each and are available when booking a Santa Photo & Showbag or Sensitive Santa & Showbag session.What's Included:Santa Photos: 15-minute booking - up to 10 minutes of photography + approximately 5 minutes for photo transfer.Sensitive Santa: 15-minute booking - up to 10 minutes of photography + approximately 5 minutes for photo transfer.Santa Paws: 20-minute booking - up to 15 minutes of photography + approximately 5 minutes for photo transfer.General Information:Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session to check in. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible on 0419 835 158. Depending on how late you arrive and the sessions scheduled around yours, your session time may need to be shortened to ensure other bookings remain on time. If you arrive too late for your session to reasonably proceed, your booking may be treated as a missed appointment.Santa Paws sessions are available on selected dates only. Please ensure you book a Santa Paws session if you wish to include a pet. For safety and personal reasons, Santa is unable to hold pets during the session.
Pets are only permitted during Santa Paws sessions. Pets cannot attend Santa Photo, Sensitive Santa or Showbag sessions.Our team will always do their best to capture a variety of beautiful and fun photographs. However, every child and pet is different and we cannot guarantee smiles, cooperation or that every participant will look at the camera. Refunds will not be provided due to a participant being unwilling or unable to cooperate during the session.A maximum of 5 participants is permitted per session. This may be any combination of adults and children, or pets where a Santa Paws session has been booked. For groups larger than 5 participants, we recommend booking two consecutive sessions.We have a selection of festive props available for use during your session. You're also welcome to bring your own Christmas accessories or props. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children and pets at all times during their visit. For everyone's safety, please ensure children remain with you and do not climb on, move or play with studio props or equipment unless directed by a member of the Tg Christmas team.To help everyone enjoy a relaxed experience and protect the privacy of other families, personal photography and video recording are not permitted during your session unless approved by a member of the Tg Christmas team.If you or anyone attending your booking is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to discuss the available options, subject to our booking terms.Due to the size of our studio, we kindly ask that only those participating in the session attend where possible. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Bookings for our Christmas Santa photo sessions are now open! 🎅Bookings typically open several months before the Christmas season and are announced on our website and social media pages.Our Santa photo sessions are held annually throughout November and December. Session dates and availability may vary each year, so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.We look forward to welcoming both new and returning families each Christmas season!
Santa Photos will be located in Greta 2334, NSW.Maitland to Greta - approx. 25 minutesNewcastle to Greta - approx. 55 minutesCessnock/Singleton to Greta - approx. 20 minutesBookings are essential, which you can do online via our website.
Our Sensitive Santa sessions offer a calm, private and sensory-friendly Santa photo experience for children and families who may benefit from a quieter environment. We provide a welcoming setting with reduced lighting and minimal background noise, helping to reduce the stimulation often experienced in traditional Santa photo settings.Our patient and understanding Santa takes the time to help children feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit. There is no pressure to interact with Santa, and photos can be taken with or without Santa, depending on what your child is comfortable with.Each Sensitive Santa booking is a 15-minute session, with up to 10 minutes for Christmas photos and approximately 5 minutes for your photos to be transferred to your complimentary Tg Christmas USB before you leave.With a parent or guardian's permission, children may also receive a candy cane after their session.If you would like to include a personalised showbag, please book a Sensitive Santa & Showbag session and purchase a showbag for each child you would like to receive one.Pets are not permitted at Sensitive Santa sessions. If you would like to include your furry family member, please book a Santa Paws session and advise us if you would prefer your photos without Santa.If you have any questions before booking, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our Santa Paws photo sessions are specially designed to include your furry family members in the magic of Christmas. Each session is 20 minutes with up to 15 minutes for Christmas photos and approximately 5 minutes for your photos to be transferred to your complimentary Tg Christmas USB before you leave.Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time to check in.We welcome dogs, cats and rabbits. For the safety and comfort of everyone attending, all pets must arrive clean and well-groomed and remain on a lead or in a secure carrier when arriving and leaving.A maximum of 5 participants may attend each session. This can be any combination of adults, children and pets.For safety and personal reasons, Santa is unable to hold pets during the session. Our team will do their best to capture a variety of beautiful and fun photographs; however, as animals can sometimes be unpredictable, we cannot guarantee that every pet will look at the camera or cooperate throughout the session. Refunds will not be provided due to a pet being unwilling or unable to cooperate.If you have any questions about whether your pet is suitable for a Santa Paws session, please contact us before booking and we'll be happy to assist.
All bookings are made online through our website. Please follow the steps below to book your Santa photo session.At the top of the page click on 'Santa Photos' to view the range of photo sessions offered by Tg Christmas.Select the photo session you would like to book and click "Book Now".Choose your preferred available date and time, then click "Next".
Complete the required booking information and carefully check that all details are correct before proceeding to payment.
Once your booking has been successfully completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your session details.
You will also receive a reminder before your scheduled session with important information to help you prepare for your visit.Please note: Santa Paws sessions are only available on selected dates. If you wish to include a pet in your photos, you must book a Santa Paws session.If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
All Santa photo sessions are by appointment only and must be booked online through our website.Each booking allows a maximum of 5 participants, which may include any combination of adults and children, or pets where a Santa Paws session has been booked.If your group has more than 5 participants, we recommend booking two consecutive sessions to allow enough time for everyone to be photographed comfortably.If you require assistance making a booking or have any questions before booking, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're always happy to help.
Once your booking has been completed successfully, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address provided during checkout.If you haven't received your confirmation email, please:Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders.Ensure the email address entered during booking was correct.Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive, as delivery times can occasionally vary.If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at admin@tgchristmas.com.au, and we'll be happy to confirm your booking and resend your confirmation if required.
Yes. If you need to change the date or time of your booking, you can reschedule online up to 2 hours before your session, or you can contact us and we can assist with rescheduling, subject to availability.If you need to change the type of session you have booked, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. All changes are subject to availability.If you would like to change your booking to a Santa Paws session, please contact us before your appointment. Santa Paws sessions are only available on selected dates and can only be changed if a suitable session is available.If your preferred session or date is fully booked, you're still welcome to contact us. While we cannot guarantee availability, we'll do our best to assist where possible.
Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time to check in and ensures your session can begin on time.If you arrive more than 5 minutes early, we kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time, unless otherwise advised by a member of the Tg Christmas team. This helps us provide every family with a private and relaxed experience.If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible on 0419 835 158. Depending on how late you arrive and the sessions scheduled around yours, your session time may need to be shortened to ensure other bookings remain on time.If you arrive too late for your session to reasonably proceed, your booking may be treated as a missed appointment, in which case the session and payment will be forfeited and a new booking and payment will be required.
We understand that circumstances can change.Rescheduling:Bookings can be rescheduled online up to 2 hours before the session start time, subject to availability.Cancellations:Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for rescheduling or store credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session and payment being forfeited.Missed Appointments:If you miss your appointment, your session and payment will be forfeited. A new booking and payment will be required if you wish to book another session.Running Late:If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you arrive and the sessions scheduled around yours, your session time may need to be shortened to ensure other bookings remain on time.Illness:If you or anyone attending your booking is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to discuss the available options, subject to our booking terms.Tg Christmas does not provide refunds.
All photographs taken during your session will be transferred to your complimentary Tg Christmas USB before you leave. Your booking includes sufficient time for this process, so you can take your photos home with you on the same day.For cyber security reasons, we are unable to accept or use customer-supplied USB devices. A Tg Christmas USB is included with every photo session, and additional USBs can be purchased for $10 each if required.
Yes. We retain photographs taken during our photo sessions to allow customers to purchase replacement or additional Tg Christmas USBs.If you lose your USB and would like to purchase an additional copy, please contact us. Replacement and additional USBs are available for $10 each.Please note that we do not currently offer printed photographs.
