Service Description
Over November & December, our home studio is magically transformed into Santa's Wonderland! — it's not just for hoomans! Our Santa Paws sessions are here to create magical moments for your furry family members while the whole family enjoys the Christmas experience together. On the day, you'll enjoy: 🎅🏻A private meet and greet with Santa and his helpers 🌲10 magical minutes taking photos with or without Santa 🎅🏻Two beautiful themed backdrops — Evergreen Village & Candyland 🌲Dress up with silly hats and glasses for some fun photos 🎅🏻A small surprise gift for each child, plus a candy cane (with permission) 🌲All high-quality, unedited photos will be transferred onto your included TG Christmas USB before you leave, so you can relive the magic straight away! Available dates for 2026: TBC Need a little extra time? Families with 3 or more children/ pets may like to book two consecutive sessions, giving everyone plenty of time for individual, sibling and family photos. 🎁Optional Christmas Showbags: (for children) · Personalised letter from Santa mailed to your home approximately 2 weeks before your session. Bookings made within 2 weeks will be sent as soon as possible to build the excitement! (13 & under) · Your child will find their name on Santa's Nice List (13 & under) · 'Nice List' Certificate presented by Santa under the Christmas arch (13 & under) · Santa's exclusive Christmas Showbag filled with goodies 🌲Simply add the required number of Showbags to your cart and select the appropriate gender for each child. Easy on-site parking, no long waiting lines, and a private space away from busy shopping centres. This isn’t your typical Santa photo session, it’s a magical Christmas experience your family will treasure for years to come. Important Notes: 🐾 Pets must arrive freshly washed and well groomed. 🐾 Please keep all pets on a leash or in a secure carrier upon arrival and departure. 🐾 Bring your pet's favourite treats or toys to help capture the perfect photo. 🐾 Santa is unable to hold pets during the session. 🐾 We welcome dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks and other small, friendly pets. 🐾 While our team will do their very best to capture beautiful photos, pets can sometimes be unpredictable and, unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided if your pet chooses not to cooperate. 🌟Please note: Maximum of 5 participants per session due to studio size 📍 Don’t forget to review our T&Cs when booking📍
Cancellation Policy
Here at TG Christmas, we understand circumstances can change. You can reschedule your appointment at any time (subject to availability). If you are running late, please call us immediately and advise of the situation. Pending on the time and other sessions around yours, we may need to take this time out of your session to ensure other bookings are ran on time. If you miss your appointment, unfortunately you forfeit the cost amount and will be required to re-book and pay again. If you want to cancel your appointment - provided 24 hours notice has been provided -, we are happy to either reschedule the appointment (subject to availability) or offer a store credit.
